Kerwin is very competent and honest with his work. These two things are very important to us. As a client, it’s important to know and feel comfortable that we’re dealing to someone who’s honest and competent. Although Kerwin is young and don’t have years of experience I personally value and gave a lot of importance to his honesty and competence. It’s hard to find people that are honest nowadays. A lot of realtors will pressure you just to reach their goals, but not Kerwin. If he doesn’t have the answers to my questions he will let me know and he’ll get back to us. Then with his competence he never failed to find answers for us. He’ll find time to educate us and let us truly feel that he’s on our side. These little things are the things that people like us look for. Yes he could make mistakes, he’s young and lack the experience but he’s working with his team that are supportive to him. He’s got the technology that he uses to gain some advantages in this competitive market. So what we saw and experience with Kerwin is his early years as a realtor wowed us, that’s hard to learn and develop good working character if he stays true and honest and competent then add some years of training, experience and guidance he can accomplish anything. What more can you ask. We found a home that we can call a home and he made it happened for us in a short possible time. There were hurdles along the way but he found ways to solve the problems. That’s more than enough for me give my trust to a kid like him. I didn’t want him at first as our realtor but when I met him the first 15 mins was enough to change my mind and started putting our plans in to his hands. Great job Kerwin! Keep it up!
